This was previously a part of Air New Zealand, but is now a joint venture between Air NZ and Pratt Whitney. It employs 400 people. Rumball Souter Floyd have a regular role in running pre-employment health screening, in running a hearing conservation program, managing health monitoring (e.g. Cadmium, Chromium, and Nickel in electroplating), managing absence, managing rehabilitation and early return-to-work following illness or injury, and in seeing employees for other health-related issues.
